Welder/Fabricator

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Welder Fabricator to join our team. As a Welder Fabricator, you will play a crucial role in the creation and assembly of high-quality custom signage. Your skills in welding, fabrication, and attention to detail will contribute to the production of visually impactful signs that meet our clients' specifications.

Responsibilities:

Perform welding and fabrication tasks to assemble a variety of sign structures, frames, and components.
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and design specifications to ensure accurate production.
Operate welding equipment, cutting tools, and other machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
Select appropriate materials, including metals and alloys, for each project and ensure proper preparation for welding.
Collaborate with the design and install teams to ensure the alignment of finished products with design intent.
Inspect and test completed products for quality and accuracy, making necessary adjustments and repairs as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including equipment and tools.
Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols, promoting a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
Participate in training and professional development activities to stay updated with industry trends and advancements.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in welding and fabrication is preferred.
Proven experience as a Welder Fabricator, preferably in a sign manufacturing or related industry.
Proficiency in various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and design specifications.
Strong attention to detail and precision in fabrication and assembly tasks.
Familiarity with various metals, alloys, and their properties.
Proficiency in operating welding equipment, cutting tools, and machinery.
Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Physical stamina to handle the demands of a fabrication role, including lifting and maneuvering heavy materials.

Install/Service Team Member

Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated and skilled Sign Install Service Team Member to join our dynamic sign shop team. As a member of our installation crew, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our custom signage projects to life, ensuring their proper installation and impeccable presentation to clients.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the installation team to execute the installation of various types of signage, including outdoor and indoor signs, banners, and graphics.
Review work orders and installation plans to ensure accurate implementation of each project.
Operate installation equipment, power tools, and machinery safely and efficiently.
Assemble, mount, and secure signs according to design specifications, industry standards, and safety protocols.
Troubleshoot and problem-solve on-site to address unexpected challenges during installations.
Communicate effectively with team members and project managers to provide updates and resolve any issues that may arise during installations.
Ensure that all installations meet quality standards and client expectations for appearance and functionality.
Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a secure work environment for yourself, team members, and clients.
Assist in maintaining inventory and equipment, reporting any maintenance or repair needs promptly.
Participate in training and professional development activities to enhance installation skills and stay updated with industry trends.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in sign installation or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience in sign installation, preferably in a sign manufacturing or related industry.
Knowledge of installation techniques for a variety of signage types, including wall-mounted signs, channel letters, and vehicle graphics.
Familiarity with power tools, equipment, and machinery used in sign installation.
Ability to read and interpret installation plans, blueprints, and technical drawings.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality installations.
Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to on-site challenges.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
